What are the available modes of payments?

For Multiple Deliveries:
We offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) mode of payment for your customers which can be remitted to your preferred bank of choice (registered in your Pinaspeed account) in 2 business days.

For Recepients:
Depending on your agreement with the sender or merchant, you may pay Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or just the delivery fee (unless sender or merchant agrees to pay for the delivery fee).

Is there a cut-off for pick up?

Same day pick-ups must be booked before 8:00am. All all bookings made after 8:00am will be scheduled for the next day pick-up.

How will you remit the customer's payment?

Please submit your bank account details so we can deposit the payment within 72 hours.
